What to include with your check

Your full name as it appears on your account.

Your mailing address — street, city, state, and zip code.

Your employer and occupation — required by federal law for contributions over $200.
Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank account. Please do not send cash. A separate note enclosed with your check is the easiest way to provide your details.

Federal law requires Aurora PAC to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each person whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.

Contributions to Aurora PAC are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Aurora PAC is an independent expenditure-only political committee (Super PAC) registered with the Federal Election Commission. Aurora PAC may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other organizations. Foreign nationals, including foreign corporations, are prohibited from making contributions. Federal contractors are prohibited from making contributions. All contributions must be made from personal or organizational funds — contributions made in the name of another person are prohibited.
